Our Story
AI or Not Quiz was born in July 2025 at a pivotal moment in the AI revolution—when state-of-the-art image generators had become so good that many people could no longer spot the difference between synthetic and real. We built this game to shine a light on that blurred line and make digital literacy fun.
Why It Matters
AI-generated visuals are flooding timelines, newsfeeds, and group chats. Being able to tell what’s real (and what isn’t) is quickly becoming a core life skill. Our quiz turns that challenge into an engaging learning experience.
How It Works
We pair authentic photos sourced from Unsplash with AI-created images generated from the same text description using publicly available, cutting-edge models. Your mission is simple: swipe right if you think it’s real, left if you think it’s AI—then get instant feedback and a deeper understanding of today’s visual landscape.
